Hertz Fairing Audio for 1998-2013 Harley-Davidson
The HSP1-13 is the front-only Hertz sound pack for 1998-2013 bikes. It replaces the fairing speakers with SX 165 NEO coaxials and adds an SP 4.900 amplifier, using the HTHP13 T-Power harness supplied in the kit.
Because the SP 4.900 is a four-channel amplifier, this kit leaves room to grow. Adding rear speakers later is a conversation worth having with us before you buy.
SP 4.900 Amplifier: Four D-class channels in an IP55 aluminum chassis, rated 160W RMS × 4 at 4Ω.
SX 165 NEO Coaxials: Two-way 6.5-inch coaxials, 4Ω, 100W continuous / 200W peak each, 96.5dB sensitivity.
Factory Radio Signal: Pre-amp or speaker-level input with USS for head units that check for a speaker load.

Recommended System Planning
The HTHP13 T-Power harness is included and the amplifier mounts on the HD13AP bracket. Both Street Glide and Road Glide front grilles are in the box.
We install Hertz kits at our Taylors, SC shop, and we can help you plan a DIY install.
Gain setting matters: At 4Ω the SP 4.900 is rated for 160W RMS per channel, more than the SX 165 NEO's 100W continuous rating. Set the gains so the front speakers stay inside their continuous rating.
What to Pair With the HSP1-13
Everything to run the kit is in the box. These parts help if you plan to grow the system later.
