We offer Route shipping insurance with all online orders, Route. If your order is lost or stolen, this insurance will cover the replacement of your products if the carrier approves the claim. Each shipping company offers only $200 insurance on all packages. We have built into the site a low-cost shipping add-on to protect you. Stolen packages must have a police report filed for any claims. At check-out Route is automatically added to your cart. You must choose not to accept the Rouet package insurance if you do not want it. Please note if you choose not to take the Route protection that, any lost and damaged packages are now in the consumer's hands, and GBS is no longer held accountable for that package.
You have 30 days only to report if a package is lost or damaged or something is missing from your order. After 30 days, GBS is no longer accountable for the order. Please get in touch with us ASAP. If this happens, a claim with the carrier will be filed. Once that claim is finalized, your items will be replaced if approved, and you chose the insurance option mentioned above. If you opt out of the Route insurance offered at checkout, then $200 typically is the refunded amount from the carrier.
If you call the shipping company and make any changes to the order, we are no longer liable for the delivery of that order. The responsibility, if lost, now falls on the customer, not the sender.

We ship Mon-Fri 10-5 PM EST, we are closed on the weekend and we pick up all weekend orders starting Monday morning at 10 AM EST.
Financing can delay your initial order while final approval from the finance company. Once that is received we will begin to process your order and send tracking as soon as it ships. All Finance sales are final, Snap, Klarna, and Acima

Shipping rates are calculated on the weight of an item, and the distance from Garage Bagger Stereo to your home or business. If delivery time says 2 days, that is 2 days from the time it leaves our shop. Please refer to all standard shipping info above. We make and sell custom kits, we are not Amazon, these kits are packaged and built when your order is placed.
Please be sure and read the items description, as some items have longer shipping times do to high demand, and custom made.
Custom parts such as American Hard Bag parts can be made to order, please allow 5-7 business days for orders to ship. May ship direct from America Hard Bag for faster delivery. This also includes plug and play kits of any sort as well.
Items such as Rear End kits, custom tour paks, and custom parts, please call for shipping ETA on these high demand parts.
Plug and play kits shipping;Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days once payment has posted to invoice. Once your PNP items have shipped, we will provide tracking number for your order via email.
All PNP kits are made to order and specific for each kit and/or each Motorcycle.
During busy season, October-May, there are times when shipping will take longer than normal due to the amount of orders that are receive.
