Most electronic orders ship within 24-72 hours. Shipping times for non-electronic parts, especially custom or high-demand items like body parts, may take longer. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout refers to the time after the order leaves our shop. Custom parts, such as Plug and Play kits, typically ship in 5-7 business days.

If your package or product arrives damaged, report it to Garage Bagger Stereo within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the packaging and take photos of the package and damage so we can review the issue. For a lost shipment, contact us for help with the applicable carrier or shipping-protection claim process. Warranty issues that arise later follow the specific manufacturer’s warranty terms; all battery warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer.

Returns are accepted within 30 days if items are unused, in original condition, and packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to most returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom or modified items, financed purchases, and opened electronics may have additional restrictions. For returns between 31-60 days, store credit may be issued with a 20% restocking fee.

Yes, we offer financing options through Snap, Klarna, Progressive, and Acima. Please note that all financed sales are final, and only store credit may be issued for approved returns. Ensure your order details are correct before signing financing paperwork.
