Diamond Audio NEO12004DSP 1200W RMS 4-Channel Amplifier with 6CH DSP
The Diamond Audio NEO12004DSP combines four channels of high-efficiency Class D amplification with an integrated 6-channel digital signal processor in a compact chassis built for motorcycle, powersports, marine, and custom audio systems.
It delivers 150 watts RMS x 4 at 4 ohms, 300 watts RMS x 4 at 2 ohms, or up to 600 watts RMS x 2 bridged at 4 ohms, while providing detailed control over EQ, crossovers, time delay, channel linking, OEM integration, Bluetooth streaming, and system expansion.
Four Channels of Power. Six Channels of DSP Control.
Built for motorcycle audio systems that need strong multi-channel output, bridgeable power, professional tuning control, OEM integration, and flexible expansion from one compact amplifier.

1200W RMS 4-Channel Class D Power
The NEO12004DSP is designed for systems that need flexible multi-channel output without stacking multiple amplifiers. Four amplified channels can power fairing speakers, saddlebag speakers, lower pods, tour-pack speakers, active component systems, or other compatible speaker combinations.
150W x 4 @ 4Ω
Provides clean rated power for compatible 4-ohm motorcycle, powersports, and marine speakers.
300W x 4 @ 2Ω
Increased output for compatible 2-ohm high-performance speaker systems.
600W x 2 Bridged @ 4Ω
Bridge channel pairs for applications requiring substantially higher output from two channels.
Integrated 6-Channel DSP
The NEO12004DSP combines four amplified channels with two additional RCA preamp outputs, creating a 6-channel DSP platform. That allows the amplifier to manage its own powered channels while also controlling signal for an additional amplifier or system component.
31-Band Parametric EQ Per Channel
Detailed frequency adjustment allows precise tuning of individual speakers and system zones.
Crossovers and Time Delay
Configure frequency ranges and timing for fairing speakers, pods, saddlebag speakers, tweeters, midbass drivers, and other system components.
Channel Linking
Linked-channel controls simplify tuning when multiple amplifier channels require matching adjustments.
PC and Android Programming
Professional DSP programming support provides detailed access to system configuration and tuning controls.
OEM Audio System Integration
The NEO12004DSP includes signal-integration tools for motorcycles and vehicles where the factory source unit or amplifier may not provide conventional low-level RCA outputs.
- High- and low-level signal input capability from 0.4V up to 20V.
- Selectable onboard 10Ω, 20Ω, 60Ω, and 20kΩ load resistors.
- 8V to 17V operating-voltage compatibility.
- DSP-based signal management for complex factory and aftermarket system layouts.
- Two DSP-controlled RCA preamp outputs for system expansion.
Bluetooth Audio Streaming Built In
Diamond Audio includes Bluetooth audio streaming directly in the NEO12004DSP. Compatible devices can stream audio directly to the amplifier and DSP without requiring the source signal to originate from a conventional head unit input.
Diamond Audio also lists smartphone-control capability through the NEO platform, with dedicated iOS and Android app control listed as coming soon.
Designed for Motorcycle, Marine and Powersports Systems
The NEO12004DSP uses a marine-ready, water-resistant chassis and compact 8.8-inch footprint suited to motorcycle, powersports, marine, and custom installations where amplifier space is limited.
Water-Resistant Chassis
Designed for demanding installations where moisture and environmental exposure must be considered.
Staggered RCA Connections
Connection placement helps simplify signal-wire routing and cable management in tight installations.
Quick-Connect Power Block
High-current removable power connections support cleaner installation and easier service access.
Installation and System Planning
- Verify amplifier mounting space and clearance before ordering.
- Confirm speaker impedance and RMS power requirements for every channel.
- Determine whether channels will operate independently or in bridged configurations.
- Verify the motorcycle's source-unit and factory-amplifier signal configuration.
- Determine whether high-level inputs, RCA inputs, load resistors, or an external integration interface will be used.
- Plan use of the two DSP-controlled RCA outputs if additional amplification is part of the system.
- Verify battery, charging-system, wiring, fuse, and ground capacity for the complete audio system.
- Complete final DSP tuning only after the entire system is installed and operating correctly.
Need Help Designing the System?
The NEO12004DSP gives installers considerable flexibility, but correct speaker loading, bridging, signal integration, electrical capacity, amplifier placement, and DSP strategy still determine how well the final system performs.
