Upgrade a compatible 2014-2023 Harley-Davidson Road Glide or Street Glide with a complete four-speaker package built around DS18 amplifier power, hybrid front speakers and Cerwin-Vega 6×9 saddlebag speakers.

Complete Harley Audio System Overview
This Garage Bagger Stereo package combines the front fairing speakers, rear saddlebag speakers, four-channel amplifier, factory-radio interface, power wiring and motorcycle-specific mounting components required for a complete 2014-2023 Harley-Davidson Touring audio upgrade.
Two DS18 PRO-HY6.4MSL hybrid loudspeakers upgrade the front fairing locations. Each speaker combines a 6.5-inch midrange driver with an integrated titanium compression driver to produce strong vocal clarity and high-frequency projection in open-air riding conditions.
The Cerwin-Vega cut-in lid system adds two ST69CX 6×9 speakers to the factory saddlebag lids. All four speakers connect to individual channels of the DS18 ION1600.4D amplifier.
Road Glide and Street Glide Fitment
Road Glide Option
Select Road Glide for a compatible 2014-2023 sharknose-fairing motorcycle. The package must include the amplifier mounting solution configured for the Road Glide fairing.
Street Glide Option
Select Street Glide for a compatible 2014-2023 batwing-fairing motorcycle. The package must include the amplifier mounting solution configured for the Street Glide fairing.

DS18 PRO-HY6.4MSL Front Fairing Speakers
The PRO-HY6.4MSL combines a slim 6.5-inch midrange driver with a built-in 1-inch titanium compression driver. This hybrid construction provides midrange and high-frequency output from one compact speaker.
Cerwin-Vega ST69CX 6×9 Saddlebag Speakers
The rear system uses one pair of Cerwin-Vega ST69CX 4-ohm 6×9 coaxial speakers. The cut-in kit converts compatible factory saddlebag lids into rear speaker locations without requiring replacement painted lids.
Factory Radio Integration
The DS18 RY-HARNESS.HD connects to compatible 2014-2023 Harley-Davidson factory-radio wiring and supplies the low-level signal and remote turn-on needed for aftermarket amplifier integration.

Saddlebag Lid Installation
The supplied cut-in kit uses model-specific left and right templates to create the 6×9 speaker openings in compatible factory saddlebag lids. The grilles and half-inch spacer rings complete the visible installation.
- Remove and inspect both saddlebag lids before cutting.
- Confirm template orientation for the left and right lids.
- Check speaker depth and electrical-lock clearance.
- Confirm hinge, tether and weather-seal clearance.
- Route the rear-speaker wiring before final assembly.
- Seal and protect all cut edges after modification.
- Test speaker polarity before reinstalling the lids.
Amplifier Setup and Speaker Protection
The amplifier has significantly more available power at 4 ohms than the included front and rear speakers are rated to handle continuously. Measured setup is essential to prevent damage.
- Connect one speaker to each amplifier channel.
- Set the amplifier channels to high-pass operation.
- Set separate front and rear gains when the amplifier layout permits.
- Use measured clean voltage rather than setting gain by ear.
- Do not use the amplifier gain control as a volume control.
- Watch the clipping indicator during setup.

Is a Road Glide amplifier rack included with the Street Glide version?
No. The mounting solution must match the selected motorcycle. The Road Glide and Street Glide versions require different fairing-specific mounting configurations.
Is professional installation recommended?
