Upgrade a compatible 2014–2023 Harley-Davidson Road Glide or Street Glide with a complete two-speaker audio system built around a DS18 ION1600.4D amplifier, two high-output 6.5-inch hybrid speakers, factory-radio integration and the primary power, mounting and installation components required for the selected motorcycle.
Select Road Glide or Street Glide before ordering so the system can be supplied with the correct fairing-specific amplifier mounting configuration. Two amplifier channels power the included speakers, while two channels remain available for a properly matched future rear-speaker upgrade.

Complete 2-Speaker Plug-and-Play System Overview
This Garage Bagger Stereo package combines the amplifier, front fairing speakers, factory-radio signal interface, power wiring and motorcycle-specific mounting components required to build a complete two-speaker audio system in a compatible 2014–2023 Harley-Davidson Road Glide or Street Glide.
The included DS18 PRO-HY6.4MSL speakers combine a shallow 6.5-inch midrange driver with a built-in 1-inch titanium compression driver. The hybrid design delivers the midrange projection and high-frequency output needed to overcome motorcycle, road and wind noise.
The DS18 ION1600.4D provides four channels of full-range Class-D power. Two channels operate the included fairing speakers. The remaining two channels can support a compatible rear-speaker pair after the correct speakers, wiring, mounting hardware and amplifier setup are added.

The included NVS power kit provides the heavy-gauge power and ground wiring needed for the amplifier, along with quick-disconnect connections for serviceability.
Road Glide or Street Glide Rack
Road Glide and Street Glide fairings use different amplifier mounting layouts. The selected motorcycle option determines the mounting solution supplied with the kit.
- Disconnect the motorcycle battery before installation.
- Mount the amplifier securely with adequate airflow.
- Install the correct fuse protection near the battery connection.
- Protect wiring from steering movement, sharp edges and heat.
- Use clean, secure power and ground connections.
- Verify all rack and fairing hardware before final assembly.
- Inspect battery and charging-system condition before high-output use.
Gain and Crossover Setup
Correct setup is required because the ION1600.4D can produce more continuous power at 4 ohms than each included speaker is rated to handle.
- Connect one included speaker to each of two amplifier channels.
- Do not bridge the amplifier channels for the included speakers.
- Configure the two active channels for high-pass operation.
- Use 140Hz as the published speaker high-pass reference.
- Adjust the final crossover for the fairing and intended output level.
- Set amplifier gain using measured clean output.
- Do not use the amplifier gain control as a volume control.
- Reduce output immediately if distortion or mechanical noise is heard.
- Verify speaker polarity before closing the fairing.
