Upgrade a compatible 2023.5 and newer Harley-Davidson Road Glide or Street Glide with a complete two-speaker audio system built around a DS18 four-channel amplifier, two high-output hybrid fairing speakers, NAV-TV factory A2B integration and the primary power and installation components required for the system.
Select Road Glide or Street Glide before ordering so the correct motorcycle configuration can be supplied. Two amplifier channels power the included front speakers, while two channels remain available for a properly matched future rear-speaker upgrade.

Complete 2-Speaker Plug-and-Play System Overview
This Garage Bagger Stereo package combines the amplifier, two front fairing speakers, factory A2B signal interface, amplifier power wiring and speaker-spacing components required to build a high-output two-speaker audio system in a compatible late-model Harley-Davidson Road Glide or Street Glide.
The included DS18 PRO-HY6.4MSL speakers combine a shallow 6.5-inch midrange driver with a built-in 1-inch titanium compression driver. This hybrid design produces both midrange and high-frequency output from each fairing speaker location.
The DS18 ION1600.4D supplies four full-range amplifier channels. Two channels operate the included front speakers. The remaining channels can support a properly matched rear-speaker pair after the required speakers, wiring, mounting components and amplifier setup are added.

Half-Inch Speaker Spacers

- Disconnect the motorcycle battery before installation.

Gain and Crossover Setup
Proper setup is critical because the ION1600.4D can produce more continuous power at 4 ohms than each included PRO-HY6.4MSL is rated to handle.

- Do not bridge the amplifier channels for the included speakers.
- Configure the active channels for high-pass operation.
- Use 140Hz as the manufacturer’s published high-pass reference.
