Complete 4-Speaker Plug-and-Play System Overview
This Garage Bagger Stereo package creates a complete front-and-rear audio system for compatible 2023.5 and newer Harley-Davidson Touring motorcycles. Two DS18 hybrid speakers upgrade the front fairing, while two Cerwin-Vega Stroker 6×9 speakers add high-output rear audio through the factory saddlebag lids.
The DS18 ION1600.4D supplies one dedicated amplifier channel to each speaker. The front speakers operate at a nominal 4-ohm load, and the rear speakers operate at a nominal 2-ohm load.
The NAV-TV ZEN-H converts the compatible factory A2B audio signal into analog RCA outputs for the aftermarket amplifier. The Cicada Audio 24HDRO harness routes the rear amplifier output toward the saddlebags using factory-style connections.

Each PRO-HY6.4MSL combines a shallow 6.5-inch midrange loudspeaker with a built-in 1-inch titanium compression driver. This hybrid design provides midrange projection and high-frequency output from a single fairing speaker location.
Cerwin-Vega ST692CX2 Rear Saddlebag Speakers
The rear system uses two Cerwin-Vega Stroker 6×9 two-way coaxial speakers. Each driver combines a polypropylene woofer cone with a titanium-dome tweeter and an internal crossover.
NAV-TV ZEN-H Factory A2B Integration
The NAV-TV ZEN-H allows the factory Harley-Davidson head unit to feed aftermarket amplifiers through low-level analog RCA outputs while retaining supported factory controls.

Gain, Crossover and Speaker Protection
