Engineered for the 2024+ Harley Touring Saddlebag Update

The 2024+ Harley-Davidson® Saddlebag Lid 6×9″ Cut-In Mounting Kit is engineered specifically for the updated 2024-present Harley touring saddlebags. This kit provides a secure, weather-resistant solution for mounting full-size 6×9 speakers directly into factory saddlebag lids, featuring a precision-cut-in design.

Unlike surface-mount or retrofit adapters, this system uses a unique top-load speaker baffle with a dedicated clamping ring and waterproof gasket. The three-part assembly locks the speaker securely in place while maintaining proper lid sealing and structural integrity.

An optimized baffle angle projects sound upward and forward toward the rider, improving on-road clarity at speed. This design is intended for real-world touring use where rear speaker placement and projection angle directly affect audibility and system balance.

The kit is constructed from high-strength, UV-resistant ASA plastic and finished with a heavy-duty powder-coated steel mesh grille. Updated gasket seals and improved waterproofing allow the use of full-depth, high-output 6×9 speakers without compromising durability or saddlebag function.

This mounting kit is compatible with 2024+ Harley touring models equipped with electric-lock saddlebags and supports advanced rear-audio systems when paired with appropriate amplification and tuning.
