Ground Zero and SounDigital Harley Audio Upgrade
This Garage Bagger Stereo package combines the primary components required to replace the active factory-amplifier signal path and power a new pair of high-efficiency fairing speakers from the factory Harley-Davidson infotainment system.
The Ground Zero GZCF 6.5SPL-NEO is a compact two-way coaxial speaker that combines a fiber-reinforced paper cone, high-excursion surround, neodymium motor and integrated Mylar tweeter in one 6.5-inch speaker assembly.
The SounDigital XP 800.4 supplies four amplified channels. In the standard two-speaker configuration, one channel powers the left speaker and one channel powers the right speaker. The remaining two channels can support a properly matched future rear-speaker upgrade.
Harley-Davidson Fitment

Garage Bagger Stereo Weather Treatment
The included speaker pair receives added weather treatment for motorcycle fairing use before shipment.
SounDigital XP 800.4 Amplifier
One compact four-channel full-range amplifier providing up to 132 watts RMS per channel at 4 ohms.
NAV-TV ZEN-H A2B Interface
Converts the compatible factory Harley-Davidson A2B signal into low-level analog RCA outputs for the aftermarket amplifier.
Cicada Audio HDPG8K Power Kit
OFC 8-AWG amplifier power and ground installation kit configured for Harley-Davidson motorcycle audio installations.
Factory-Amplifier Replacement Configuration
The system is designed for an installation in which the stock amplifier is removed or bypassed from the active signal path.
Amplifier and Speaker Configuration
Front Speaker Channels
One 4-ohm Ground Zero speaker operates from one amplifier channel. Two amplifier channels power the complete left and right fairing speaker pair.
Future Expansion Channels
Two amplifier channels remain available for a properly matched pair of rear, lid or lower-fairing speakers.
Ground Zero GZCF 6.5SPL-NEO Coaxial Speakers
The GZCF 6.5SPL-NEO is engineered for efficient full-range output from a compact 6.5-inch platform. Its integrated tweeter eliminates the need for a separate fairing-mounted high-frequency driver.
100W RMS
Each speaker handles 100 watts RMS and 250 watts maximum.
4-Ohm Impedance
The fixed 4-ohm load works with one individual XP 800.4 channel.
93 dB Efficiency
High efficiency supports strong output from practical motorcycle amplifier power.
Neodymium Motor
Compact high-energy motor construction reduces depth and weight.
Integrated Mylar Tweeter
A 1.1-inch coaxial tweeter reproduces upper-frequency detail from the same speaker location.
GBS Weather Treatment
The speaker pair is treated by Garage Bagger Stereo for motorcycle fairing use.
SounDigital XP 800.4 Four-Channel Amplifier
The XP 800.4 is a compact full-range amplifier designed to provide four independently amplified channels from a motorcycle-friendly chassis.
132W × 4 at 4Ω
Published output for the included Ground Zero speaker load.
200W × 4 at 2Ω
Supports compatible future 2-ohm speaker configurations.
400W × 2 Bridged
Bridged power is available for properly matched 4-ohm applications, but is not required for this speaker pair.
Full-Range Response
Wide frequency response supports coaxial, component and mid-bass motorcycle speakers.
Adjustable Crossovers
Variable high-pass and low-pass controls support speaker protection.
Compact Chassis
The small amplifier footprint supports fairing-based installation.
NAV-TV ZEN-H Factory A2B Integration
The NAV-TV ZEN-H allows the compatible factory Harley-Davidson radio to supply low-level audio to the SounDigital amplifier without replacing the factory infotainment system.
A2B Signal Conversion
Converts the compatible factory digital audio signal into analog RCA outputs.
Eight RCA Channels
Provides up to eight analog output channels for aftermarket audio equipment.
Factory Control Retention
Retains supported volume, balance, fader, chimes, voice calls and factory EQ functions.
Power Wiring and Electrical Setup
The included Cicada Audio HDPG8K provides an OFC power and ground foundation for the amplifier installation.
- Disconnect the motorcycle battery before installation.
- Install primary fuse protection close to the positive battery terminal.
- Use secure, corrosion-resistant battery and ground connections.
- Protect wiring from steering movement, heat and sharp edges.
- Keep signal wiring separated from high-current power wiring.
- Confirm charging-system and battery condition before high-output use.
- Verify the final cable size and fuse configuration before powering the amplifier.
Gain and Crossover Setup
- Connect one 4-ohm Ground Zero speaker to each front amplifier channel.
- Do not bridge the included speaker pair in the standard configuration.
- Configure protective high-pass filtering for both front speakers.
- Set gain using measured clean output rather than by ear.
- Limit amplifier output to the speakers’ continuous-power capability.
- Confirm left and right speaker polarity before reinstalling the fairing.
- Do not use amplifier gain as a volume control.
- Reduce output immediately if distortion or mechanical noise occurs.
