These are not exact sizes, but they are very close. Some may be a little over or just a little under. Easily trimmed with a chop saw or table saw to the desired length. They are an oversized Adapter ring to sit at the shock bump in a Harley Davidson 98-present. The OD is 11.02 with a mounting diameter of 9.40. No more having to remove the gaskets from the subwoofer to get them to fit or trim down the speaker itself!!!. These will fit any Subwoofer or midbass with a bolt pattern larger than 9.4. They can also be opened up to accommodate the JLTW3, and you can clock the speaker in any position. They are also designed to work with the Nagy toppers with a little bit of trimming. THEY WILL NOT FIT A 9" B" SKET SUBWOOFER OR MIDBASS, AND YOU WOULD NEED A REDUCER RING, WHICH WE ALSO CARRY. Works on all bags 98-current, some aftermarket bags may require additional trimming. They work with Nagy's Customs Speaker Adapters ONLY. They are not designed to work with any other Speaker Adapters on the market today. They will come preassembled. ( inserts installed and tops attached to the frame) I would leave it preassembled for trimming. That way, you're trimming both the shelf ring and closeout together to fit the bag.
