This complete customer build combines a Beyma front stage, Cicada Audio 10-inch mid-bass drivers, Beyma 8-inch Pro Coaxials in the lids, multiple SounDigital amplifiers, an HKI Mini, custom saddlebag fabrication, bonded lids, dedicated Beyma Audio buckets, custom ports, reinforcement, wiring, and SoundMat treatment.
The system was planned as one complete motorcycle audio package. The front stage, rear stage, amplifier power, bag structure, port layout, speaker buckets, sealing, wiring, and tuning all have to work together for the finished Harley-Davidson audio system to perform correctly.
A serious Harley-Davidson audio build starts long before the amplifiers are turned on. This motorcycle was built around a complete front and rear speaker system with Beyma PRO6FX240ND 6.5-inch Pro Carbon Fiber Coaxials in the fairing, Cicada Audio CMB10.S4 10-inch pro mid-bass drivers in the saddlebags, and Beyma PRO8FX370ND 8-inch Pro Coaxials in the lids.
The customer's existing lids were bonded directly to the saddlebags, and dedicated Beyma Audio buckets were used for the 8-inch Pro Coaxials. Nagy’s Customs rings and braces, Rusty’s Garage custom-made ports, sealed fabrication, SoundMat treatment, clean internal wiring, three SounDigital amplifiers, and an HKI Mini complete the system architecture.

Beyma PRO6FX240ND 6.5-Inch Front Fairing Stage
The front stage uses two Beyma PRO6FX240ND 6.5-inch Pro Carbon Fiber Coaxial speakers in the fairing. These speakers establish the front image and provide the output and clarity needed to keep the system balanced against the much larger saddlebag stage.
Building the motorcycle as a complete system means the fairing speakers cannot be treated as an afterthought. Their level, crossover points, amplifier channels, and final tuning have to integrate with the Cicada 10-inch mid-bass drivers and Beyma 8-inch Pro Coaxials behind the rider.

Customer Harley Saddlebag Preparation
The outside of each saddlebag and lid area was protected during fabrication. The paint was taped around the reflector trim, speaker openings, and work areas before cutting, fitting, mounting, sealing, and test assembly began.
Protecting the finish is only one part of preparation. The installer also has to plan the speaker locations, port clearance, brace placement, wiring routes, service access, and final trim before permanent assembly.
Nagy’s Customs Rings and Braces
Nagy’s Customs rings and braces were used to reinforce the speaker mounting areas. Larger drivers place more demand on the bag structure, so a rigid mounting surface is critical to controlling movement, flex, and unwanted noise.
Reinforcement allows the drivers to work against a more stable foundation instead of wasting energy through weak plastic and moving mounting surfaces. It also gives the installer a stronger platform for the custom port and lid layout.
Rusty’s Garage Custom-Made Ports
Rusty’s Garage custom-made ports were integrated into the customer saddlebag build. Port work must be planned around the available bag volume, speaker placement, internal clearance, structural support, wiring, and the final exterior finish.
A port is not simply a cosmetic opening. It is part of the enclosure design, so its installation has to work with the selected drivers and the usable saddlebag space.
Cicada Audio CMB10.S4 10-Inch Midbass Drivers
This build uses Cicada Audio CMB10.S4 10-inch pro mid-bass drivers inside the saddlebags. The CMB10.S4 is designed for strong mid-bass output, giving a Harley audio system more authority and impact than a fairing-only speaker arrangement can produce by itself.
The driver has to be supported by the correct ring, brace, port layout, amplifier, crossover settings, and DSP tuning. The photograph below also shows the treated bag surface and internal wiring around the installation.
Product terminology: Cicada identifies the CMB10.S4 as a 10-inch pro mid-bass driver. The saddlebag fabrication may resemble a subwoofer-style bag build, but the driver itself should be described accurately as mid-bass.
Beyma PRO8FX370ND 8-Inch Coaxial Speakers and Buckets
The rear stage uses two Beyma PRO8FX370ND 8-inch Pro Coaxial speakers mounted in the customer's lids. Those lids were bonded directly to the saddlebags as part of the permanent fabrication, and dedicated Beyma Audio buckets were used for the 8-inch speakers.
The bucket and bonded-lid combination creates a dedicated speaker structure inside the larger bag assembly while maintaining planned clearance for the CMB10.S4 drivers, ports, wiring, braces, and surrounding enclosure work. The lid speakers become part of the complete acoustic and structural design instead of being treated as isolated drop-in components.
Sound Deadening and Wiring Inside the Saddlebags
SoundMat deadening was applied inside the saddlebags to help control unwanted panel resonance and vibration. Untreated plastic can flex, rattle, and absorb energy that should be supporting the audio system.
Wiring also has to be routed around speaker movement, ports, buckets, braces, and service points. A clean build protects the wiring, keeps connections accessible, and avoids placing cables where they can interfere with the drivers or port path.
Sealed Lids and Final Trim Details
The customer's existing lids were bonded directly to the saddlebags and sealed as part of the fabrication. This created a more rigid integrated structure around the Beyma PRO8FX370ND 8-inch Pro Coaxials and their dedicated Beyma Audio buckets.
The reflector trim areas were handled during final assembly, and the painted surfaces were protected throughout the work. Careful bonding, sealing, trim work, clean edges, and consistent hardware are part of a finished custom installation—not optional details added at the end.
SounDigital Amplification and HKI Mini Integration
The speaker system is backed by multiple amplifiers so the front stage, rear coaxial stage, and 10-inch mid-bass section can be powered and controlled as separate parts of one complete motorcycle audio system.
