Max mounting depth will vary by bag manufacturer. Fitment will also vary by bag manufacturer. Using a Quality bag or stock bag will achieve the best results. The inside diameter may have to be opened slightly as different speaker manufacturers are on the market. In this Kit, you will receive a tube of 220ml 90min NG90 panel bond, and mounting hardware. Nagy's Customs 10" 98-Current JL TW-3 Adapter Rings (Pair)
Vendor:Nagys Customs98-Current 10" JL TW-3 Adapter Rings Sold in pairs CNC molded 10” JL subwoofer adapter rings. These adapters have a setback larger than the 10” Subs and a 5" angle to clear the excursion of the speaker to ensure it doesn’t hit the shock at the top with a ½” mounting surface. With the ever-growing demand to add subs to your bag, this is a perfect solution to add some nice shallow mount subs and seal the top. The inside diameter may have to be opened slightly. This can be achieved by slightly sanding the mounting part of the adapter. Fitment will also vary by bag manufacture. Using a Quality bag or stock bag will achieve the best results. MUST BE PREDRILLED PRIOR TO USING SCREWS. DO NOT USE SELF TAPPING SCREWS It is recommended but not necessary to use a 2 part epoxy to bond the adapter to the saddle bag. A good example would be 3M 08115. You should also have some knowledge of body work as you will be cutting the saddle bag. **due to many variations of saddle bags these were CNC using stock bags. Depending on the bag slight modifications may have to be done to the adapter. I.E sanding to the mounting face of the adapter or use of silicon caulk to fill in small gaps. Vendor:Nagys CustomsNagy's Customs 6.5" Harley Tour Pack Pod and Lower Spacer Kit Add larger speakers to 14 and up stock tour pack pods or lowers Give your tour pack or lowers a nice look without having to heat them, run a seen spacer that looks out of place, or cut up the inside of the Lower fairing to gain extra mounting depth. These are made to run a deeper speaker in your tour pack pods without having to modify the tour pack. Most speakers on the market should fit. You may still need to run a spacer to clear some speakers that have a deeper mounting depth. Our 6.5" spacer is made to work with these and has all the holes made to correspond with the Pod spacer. The design is to hide the spacer if needed without a notable difference in appearance from the outside of the pod (spacer sold separately if needed) Comes with mounting hardware to mount to the pod on the tour pack. (8) stainless bolts, 8 stainless washers, 8 stainless lock nuts. 8 machine screws for the speakers. These can also be used in the Lower fairing to run a deeper 6.5" speaker without the need to cut up your lower fairing. A 2.5" machine screw would be needed. Larger deeper speakers like Euphoria and Beyma may require an additional spacer to fit inside the parts and the pods. Grills do come raw.
