Nagy's Customs 8" 2024 & CVO Harley Midbass Subwoofer Saddlebag Adapter Rings
Vendor:Nagys Customs8" SUBWOOFER ADAPTER RINGS Introducing the new 2024 Saddlebag adapter rings for the CVO. These are CNC-molded 8” wheel side mount adapters. This allows a deeper speaker to be mounted with enough room for proper ventilation. The max mounting depth will vary by bag manufacturer. Fitment will also vary by bag manufacturer. Using a Quality bag or stock bag will achieve the best results. The inside diameter may have to be opened slightly as different speaker manufacturers are on the market. -

Fits all years 98-current Square Matters Upgrade your bike's audio system from factory speakers with these 8 inch speaker adapter rings. The Solo-Baric L7S's square sub design delivers dependable bass - even when pushed to the limit. Dual voice coils with high-temp copper windings easily handle intense heat and power levels for clean, clear bass anytime. Be sure and seal the bags with the "Closeout Kit" below. **Closeouts for sealing the bags not included, choose when checking out below. These mounting brackets are a CNC molded 10” wheel side mount speaker adapter with a 10.7” OD, 9” ID 5*, and a ½” mounting surface tilt to follow the flow more of the outside of the saddle bag, to allow a deeper rear speaker to be mounted with enough room for proper ventilation. Max mounting depth will vary by bag manufacture. Fitment of this adapter kit will also vary by bag manufacture. Using a Quality bag or stock bag will achieve the best results. Depending on the bag slight modifications may have to be done to the adapter. I.E sanding to the mounting face of the adapter or use of silicon caulk to fill in small gaps. Sold in pairs Front Mount Adapter Rings Front CNC molded sub mount adapter , OD 8.625 mounting 7.125 Set back ½” Slight variances of 1-3%. I took all the guess work out of it for you! These sit up front and allow either a midbass or a sub to be mounted. In them. These will also pair up with the rear set! 2 wasn’t enough and want to add 2 more. No worries! The 2 piece match up and it takes the guess work out of having to redo your saddle bags. Just add the rear and your sitting at quads! Fitment will also vary by bag manufacture. Using a Quality bag or stock bag will achieve the best results. Rear Mount Adapter Rings Rear CNC molded sub-mount adapter, OD 8.625 mounting 7.125, Set back ½”. Slight variances of 1-3%. I took all the guesswork out of it for you! These sit up front and allow either a midbass or a sub to be mounted. Works on all bags 98-current, some aftermarket bags may require additional trimming. They work with Nagy's Customs Speaker Adapters ONLY. They are not designed to work with any other Speaker Adapters on the market today. They will come preassembled. ( inserts installed and tops attached to the frame) I would leave it preassembled for trimming. That way, you're trimming both the shelf ring and closeout together to fit the bag. These are CAD and CNC from a stock bag. So using a stock or aftermarket quality bag will always achieve the best results. Panel bond the shelf ring in, notch out for the speaker ring The CNC half-moon piece will need to be panel bonded to the speaker ring. It’s important to make sure all touching areas are prepped so everything bonds together.
