Our Speaker Grills are 3/4 inch tall and have 1/2 inch to allow cone travel. Most speaker grills are only 1/2 inch tall and need a 1/4 inch spacer for the cone, so we eliminated that problem by machining ours taller. No more need for plastic spacers.
