Nagy's Customs 8″ Harley Quad Outside Mount 98-Present
Vendor:Nagys CustomsQuad 8" Outside Mount 98-current Don't forget to add some Grillz, to protect your speakers!! Sold in pairs CNC molded. So that 1 8” speaker just doesn’t do it. We the fronts and the rears can be paired up with each other to make a quad set! ( 2 8” speakers in each bag and designed to be symmetrical when installed. Fitment will also vary by bag manufacturer. Using a Quality bag or stock bag will achieve the best results. CLOSEOUTS FOR SEALING THE BAGS ARE NOT INCLUDED, CHOOSE WHEN CHECKING OUT BELOW. MUST BE PREDRILLED PRIOR TO USING SCREWS. DO NOT USE SELF-TAPPING SCREWS It is recommended but not necessary to use a 2 part epoxy to bond the adapter to the saddle bag. A good example would be 3M 08115. You should also have some knowledge of bodywork as you will be cutting the saddle bag. **Due to many variations of saddle bags, these were CNC-using stock bags. Depending on the bag, slight modifications may have to be done to the adapter. I.e., sanding to the mounting face of the adapter or use of silicon caulk to fill in small gaps. Vendor:Nagys CustomsNagy's Customs 98-current H-D Removable Bag Seals Current Lead Time 2-3 weeks The new REMOVABLE bag seals/toppers allow you to seal your bags and still have access, if needed, to the storage space! Works on all bags 98-current, some aftermarket bags may require additional trimming. They work with Nagy's Customs Speaker Adapters ONLY. They are not designed to work with any other Speaker Adapters on the market today. They will come preassembled. ( inserts installed and tops attached to the frame) I would leave it preassembled for trimming. That way, you're trimming both the shelf ring and closeout together to fit the bag. These are CAD and CNC from a stock bag. So using a stock or aftermarket quality bag will always achieve the best results. Panel bond the shelf ring in, notch out for the speaker ring The CNC half-moon piece will need to be panel bonded to the speaker ring. It’s important to make sure all touching areas are prepped so everything bonds together. Works on all bags 14-current, some aftermarket bags may require some additional trimming on the toppers or additional filler added to the toppers. Works with Nagys Customs Speaker Adapters only, not designed to work with any other Speaker Adapters on the market today.
